This course in Early Learning and Care (Stage 2) aims to build on the knowledge and skills and competencies of those who achieved a QQI Early Learning and Care level 5 qualification or equivalent and wish to progress to a supervisory/room leader level.

This two-year Early Learning and Care programme will provide learners with the knowledge skills and competencies associated with the practical, social and legal aspects of the early learning and care profession.

The Early Learning Care with Special Needs Assisting course equips the learner with the knowledge, experience and practical skills necessary to work in a range of childcare and early years services, promoting and supporting the holistic needs of children 0-6 years.

This programme is a pre-university primary teaching and post primary teaching course and is particularly aimed at those who want to pursue a career as a primary or a post primary teacher. This course is also ideally suited to mature students who are changing their career path to teaching.

The Speech and Language Therapy Assistant course will focus on developing the student's understanding of a variety of communication and swallowing disorders and their impact on every aspect of a person’s life.
