Nursing Studies is suitable for students who are considering a career in all aspects of nursing and caring.

This course in Nursing Studies - Maternity and Children is suitable for students who are considering a career in midwifery and/or children's nursing.

Our course in Occupational Therapy Studies is suitable for students who are considering a career in occupational thera­py (OT).

This Pre-University course allows students to gain an understanding of the role of the Speech and Language Therapist and the role of the Speech and Language Therapy Assistant. Students who complete this course may progress directly into the workplace as a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant or apply via CAO/UCAS to start their journey to become a Speech and Language Therapist.

This is designed as a follow-on course from the level 5 course in Sports Coaching and Leisure Management (Year 1) available at Cavan Institute (and elsewhere).
